Purchased this wooden kitchen for my 2 year old daughter. The kitchen is a great toy for a kid (my 9 year old likes it also). My daughter loves playing in this kitchen however I would like if the “buttons” were actual buttons that could be pressed instead of painted on buttons. Durability seems to be good because the screw holes are re-enforced with metal so they shouldn’t wear easily from opening and closing the doors. Educational value is some what low unless you are teaching your kids to be domesticated, then its perfect! The set up was about 2.5 hours with an electric drill and a very inclined person, so I would warn those who do not have an electric drill. The the screws were color coded to the panels that they fit. It has only been about a week since putting it together but so far everything is fine. I would say this product for the price I paid was worth it because it was in the store for about [...]$ more than what I paid. This item also arrived extremely quick in about three days with no special shipping.
I bought this kitchen for my 2 year-old. I think she’ll get plenty of use out of it. It takes about three hours to put together. And you need to be careful to properly install the doors, etc., to ensure they work properly (I think this contributed to the bad reviews (doors falling off, etc)). I find the quality to be high. I am pleased with my purchase!
