This clock is exactly what we needed to teach our two-year-old twins an appropriate time to wake up. We’re able to help them sleep in longer in the mornings and stay quiet if they wake up before “the clock turns green,” as we taught them. We also use the “OK to Wake” setting for naps, so if they wake up too soon after going down, they know to put themselves back to sleep. They have been less grumpy and more rested since we started using this clock. It was easy to teach and can be adapted when they are able to distinguish numbers on the clock face. This is perfect for our family!
Wow! Who would have thought we would be able to sleep until 7:00. This clock is perfect for our 2 and half year old. This is a great “visual” for our son. He knows he could get up when he sees the green light. It isn’t a night light so it’s dark until the timer goes off. We finally have the mornings to ourselves. We highly recommend it!
My 2 yr old kept getting up earlier and earlier and waking us up. She wanted to know if it was time to get up yet. We tried teaching her to look for the number 7 to wake at 7am but she just wasnt getting the connection. This clock works GREAT! The first day we showed her to look for the green glow and from then on it was no problem. Now she just plays in her room until it turns green! More sleep for us!!!! I only wish it had a plug in option but the batteries seem to be lasting and I love that the glow turns itself off all on its own.
